Visit the account tab where you can create your personal account. After that, browse through our shop to customize your order according to your preferences. Once you’ve finalized your selections, simply click “Checkout” to reserve your stay. It is essential that you ensure you enter the correct address and town information for your upcoming visit to avoid any complications.

Damaged or Missing Items.

Be advised that customers will be charged for any items that are found to be damaged or are reported missing at the time of return. Local Linen LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for any injuries or accidents that may arise from the use or mis-use of any rental item.

What Time and How to Expect Your Order.

Deliveries for bed linens and towels will occur on the specific day that the renter selects during the checkout process, specifically between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:30 pm. Furthermore, your exact order will be clearly labeled with both your name and the rental address at the time of delivery, ensuring that you receive everything as intended.

Additional Details.

  • No refunds can be provided at this time due to our current policy. However, we are more than happy to offer you a credit that you can use toward your next stay with us. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

  • All rentals are based off of a standard 7-day period.

  • Please do not hesitate to call us to inquire about our whole house packages and discounted pricing options if your stay extends beyond the standard 7-day period.

  • If you are in need of prompt same-day delivery services, contact us directly for information regarding availability and pricing options.

  • We can also provide a residential or commercial cleaning services to meet your specific needs.

Preparing Order for Return.

Pick up is easy and convenient! Simply place each individual bed set into a single pillowcase, and then carefully place them into the bags that have been provided to you. It is important to remember to keep linens and towels stored in separate bags for organizational purposes! Please ensure that all bags are positioned outside in the same location where you originally received them by 10 AM for timely pick up. Be aware that any bags not set out by the designated time of 10 AM will incur an additional late fee of $20. Thank you for your cooperation!
